Trial Model Within Lumion//
While designing this model, I decided to go back to my sources of inspiration, which were the concept models we freely sketched in the beginning. I found that the amalgamation of the rectangular blocks were very limiting in the way we could only have 5 blocks in each design. So when I curved one of the amalgamations, I decided scale the shape so that it was thinner, curve it, then duplicate them into ribbon shaped curves and arrange them so that it reflects the fluid, experimental and ephemeral style adopted form SANAA.

Human Experience within the Water Tower site
With my final design, I wanted not only for the marker to be striking and prominent for people who use the M7 road, but also for people in the park to be able to interact with it.
With this in mind, I created a marker with height and decided to add an organic symbolic topping to draw attention from a distance, then underneath, leave the rectilinear forms so that people can sit, climb or use as shelter from the weather.
I really sourced my thoughts from SANAA design process, whom believed that the model should maintain a relationship with its surroundings.
With that being said, the organic shape could be very versatile with it's symbolism. Its morphing shape symbolises movement and interaction, something that is very important when thinking about the recreational use of the Sportspark and Blacktown's multiculturalism.
